Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DinnerIQ, provided by Primal Array LLC. By using DinnerIQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. DinnerIQ

DinnerIQ provides meal planning, recipe organization and import, pantry tracking, grocery lists, cooking guidance, and related features. Some features are available for free and some require DinnerIQ Premium.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not use DinnerIQ to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or abuse cloud or AI features.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of recipes, notes, images, and other content you provide to DinnerIQ. You give Primal Array a limited right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, synchronize, secure, and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or import may lawfully be processed by you. DinnerIQ's import tools are intended to help organize recipes for personal use and do not grant rights in third-party content.

4. Automated and AI-assisted features

Smart Photo & Scan Import and other automated features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You must review imported recipes, quantities, instructions, allergens, temperatures, and other details before relying on them.

5. Food safety and dietary information

DinnerIQ is not a medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety professional service. Recipes, substitutions, doneness cues, dietary labels, and cooking information are general guidance only. You are responsible for safe food handling, checking allergens and dietary requirements, and using appropriate cooking temperatures and practices.

6. DinnerIQ Premium

DinnerIQ currently plans to offer Premium as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription through Google Play. Prices displayed in the app or Google Play are the controlling prices for your region and may include or exclude taxes as required by law.

• Monthly plan: currently planned at $4.99 per month in the United States.
• Annual plan: currently planned at $49.99 per year in the United States.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.

A subscription is not required to use DinnerIQ's free features.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as DinnerIQ evolves. We will not intentionally remove paid recurring value in a misleading manner. Some features require internet access, supported devices, or third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse DinnerIQ, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, intentionally overload cloud features, submit malicious material, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinnerIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every recipe, import, recommendation, substitution, store/deal result, or other output will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every user.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primal Array LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DinnerIQ. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

11. Termination and deletion

You may stop using DinnerIQ at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app account controls or our web deletion page. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these Terms, abuse paid infrastructure, or create security risks.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
